Keeping a Flooded Fairground Project Running Smoothly
After the brutal winter of 2007, the local fairgrounds in Delton were flooded and unusable for weeks. The muddy conditions and standing water made it tough for crews to stay on schedule. Workers needed reliable sanitation on-site, but the limited access and soggy terrain complicated traditional restroom setups. Without proper facilities, morale and productivity risked dropping sharply on this critical community project.
We mobilized quickly, delivering robust standard construction portable toilets designed for tough environments. Our crew used tracked skid loaders to reach the soggy fairgrounds and positioned units on stable platforms. Frequent servicing kept everything clean despite the mud, and the workers stayed comfortable and focused. The project got back on track with no sanitation-related delays, and the fairgrounds reopened on time.
Barry County Portables showed up fast and kept our site clean when conditions were rough.
